    During the first month of the study, anxiety scores decreased in 57 patients (79.2%) and remained stable throughout the research.

    Regarding sleep, 48 patients (66.7%) observed an improvement in their scores during the first month, with a positive evolution thereafter.

    In summary, CBD appears to have potential benefits in the management of anxiety and sleep disorders. Further research will help clarify and confirm that CBD may be useful for the treatment of sleep disorders.
