How much CBD oil to consume?
CBD oil can be used at any time of the day to find serenity in a natural way.
For first use, it's very simple, just put one or three drops of oil under the tongue and wait 1 minute before swallowing. In this way, the CBD molecule will diffuse quickly into the bloodstream. The effects of CBD will be felt quickly, within a few minutes. It is also possible to add the drops of oil to drinks or dishes. We nevertheless advise you not to consume more than six drops of oil per day, or approximately 50mg of CBD.

When an oil is very concentrated in CBD, when temperatures drop it can happen in rare cases that the CBD crystallizes. This is a problem we may encounter because we refuse to use chemicals to avoid this natural reaction. To melt the crystals that form, the most effective method is to use a water bath to heat your vial to a temperature of around 60°C.
To carry out this operation, nothing could be simpler:
1. Heat a saucepan or bowl of water (in the microwave, on your stove or in a kettle).
2. Place your bottle inside the hot water, leaving it upright (not lying down).
3. Wait approximately 5 minutes for the crystals to dissolve.
4. Take out the oil bottle and shake it if any crystal residue remains.
To reduce the risk of crystals forming, store your bottle of CBD oil in a place at room temperature, away from heat and light.
