It is a premium broad spectrum 1000mg (10%) oil and guaranteed THC-free. This 10 ml bottle of CBD oil contains 1000 mg of CBD or approximately 260 drops of 3.8 mg of CBD each.

CBD or cannabidiol is a molecule derived from hemp. For the design of our oils, we have selected broad-spectrum, natural, high-quality CBD. The effects of CBD have been demonstrated in many areas of action, namely: promoting calm and helping to relieve stress.
AVOCADO OIL
Avocado oil is the vegetable oil richest in vitamins (vitamin A, vitamin B3, vitamin C, vitamin D, vitamin E and vitamin H). It is also composed of fatty acids such as omega 3 and 9, potassium and lecithin.

- The amount of CBD to consume differs depending on the weight of the consumer and the intensity of the effects they are looking for.

With CBD, some minor drug interactions have been revealed, thus, it is recommended to seek advice from a doctor if you are taking:
- Antiepileptic treatment (clobaza);
- Anticoagulant treatment (warfarin);
- An immunosuppressive drug (tacrolimus);
- Methadone;
- Thyroid hormones such as Levothyroxine.

What is CBD oil?
CBD oil (or cannabidiol) is one of the products under which cannabidiol is most marketed and consumed in France.
CBD oil is a mixture of an oil solution and cannabinoids. It comes in the form of a small vial, equipped with its dropper pipette.

How much CBD oil to consume?
CBD oil can be used at any time of the day to help calm emotional stress and relieve anxiety.
For first use, it's very simple, just put a few drops of oil under the tongue and wait 1 minute before swallowing them. In this way, the CBD molecule will diffuse quickly into the bloodstream. The effects of CBD will be felt quickly within a few minutes. It is also possible to add the drops of oil to drinks or dishes. If this amount of oil is not enough for you, you can gradually increase it until you obtain your ideal dosage. We nevertheless recommend that you do not consume more than 13 drops per day, or 50mg of CBD per day.

CBD oil 10% or 30%? Which one to choose ?
At Délicure, we offer Chill & Relax CBD oil in two cannabidiol concentration levels: 10% (1000mg of CBD) and 30% (3000mg of CBD).
One drop of 10% CBD oil contains 3.8mg of cannabidiol.
One drop of 30% CBD oil contains 11.5mg of cannabidiol.
CBD oil 10% is ideal for relaxing, improving mood or helping to relieve temporary stress.
CBD oil 30% is more dosed, it is consumed during greater stress or to promote muscle and joint comfort.

We have replaced the traditional coconut oil (MCT oil) used in 95% of CBD oils with natural organic avocado oil in order to provide a high quality natural product designed with one of the best oils available. .
Our CBD oil is intended for adults over 18 years of age only, so it is not recommended for children.

You just need to put a few drops under your tongue and wait 1 minute before swallowing. You can also add CBD oil to your dishes and drinks but this method remains less effective.
Everyone reacts differently to CBD. We advise you to use our dosage calculator to find the amount of CBD oil that best suits your body type and the effects you are looking for. You can then increase the quantity to fully feel the effects. Be careful however, we recommend that you take no more than 13 drops of oil per day, or 50mg of CBD.

When an oil is very concentrated in CBD, when temperatures drop it can happen in rare cases that the CBD crystallizes. This is a problem that we may encounter because we refuse to use chemicals to avoid this natural reaction. To melt the crystals that form, the most effective method is using a water bath to heat your vial to a temperature of around 60°C.
To carry out this operation, nothing could be simpler:
1. Heat a saucepan or bowl of water (in the microwave, on your stove or in a kettle).
2. Place your bottle inside the hot water, leaving it upright (not lying down).
3. Wait approximately 5 minutes for the crystals to dissolve.
4. Take out the oil bottle and shake it if any crystal residue remains.
To reduce the risk of crystals forming, store your bottle of CBD oil in a place at room temperature, away from heat and light.
