* Spinach: It has a rich concentration of nutrients and a high potassium content, which provides diuretic and alkalizing properties.

* Asparagus: It has diuretic properties, and helps to drain the liver and eliminate toxins, as well as anti-stress properties thanks to a high concentration of folate.

* Leek: It has diuretic, detoxifying and anti-cancer properties (thanks to its concentration of potassium and kaempferol, and its low sodium level).

* Black radish: It has a high concentration of sulfur, magnesium, potassium and calcium, which helps regenerate the liver and drain the gallbladder as well as the kidneys.

* Carrot: It has a high concentration of glutathione as well as beta-carotene, which helps both cleanse the liver and promote the functioning of the immune system .

* Pineapple: It has fat burning and detoxifying properties, thanks to the many different enzymes it contains.

* Pomegranate: It has many antioxidants and improves blood and lymphatic circulation.

* Avocado: It has a high level of glutathione, and helps cleanse the body of chemicals and helps the liver function.

* Grapefruit: It has a high concentration of vitamin B5, slimming properties, very few calories, and fat-burning properties (thanks to flavonoids).

* Apple cider vinegar: It has strong antibacterial properties, and helps cleanse the intestines of microbes, which helps facilitate digestion and reduce bloating.

Among the foods mentioned above, many juices allow you to undertake short or more prolonged cures, based solely on vegetables, fruits, roots or even spices. In addition to these juices, it is very important not to have any particular deficiencies, to have a balanced diet, not to have serious pathologies, and not to have simultaneous heavy drug treatment. Here are examples of juices, smoothies, and soups, the most effective, and the simplest and most inexpensive to make. All ingredients should be used (unless contraindicated) fresh and prepared immediately. Don't forget to wash vegetables and fruits, especially herbs, well. They must all be prepared in a blender, or in a mixer, and using a centrifuge or a juice extractor in certain cases. Vegetables and fruits (unless contraindicated) must all be peeled and plants must be chopped. All recipes are to be enjoyed fresh and cold.

* The apple-kiwi smoothie : 2 apples, 2 kiwis, 1 teaspoon of lime juice, 4 teaspoons of honey, a few pinches of black pepper, a pinch of turmeric, several mint and celery leaves, 6 ice cubes .

* The kiwi-red fruit smoothie : 1 kiwi, 100 g of strawberries, 100 g of raspberries, several basil leaves, several mint leaves, 1.5 g of white tea (in liquid).

* Vegetable-beet juice : 1 red pepper, 1 carrot, 2 stalks of celery, 1 red beet, 1 tomato, ¼ juice of a lemon, a bunch of flat-leaf parsley.

* Carrot-cauliflower soup : 3 carrots, ½ cauliflower, 1 yellow onion, 1 vegetable stock cube (dehydrated), 1 teaspoon of cumin, several pinches of black pepper.
